TRICON Construction began as a division of TC Millwork installing retail display fixtures in the late 1990s.

Rich Carlucci was brought in to manage the Installation division in 1999.  Previously Rich served as the Director of Construction for an architectural Design/Build firm in the Philadelphia area.

​

At that time TRICON Construction focused primarily on installing TC Millwork manufactured retail display fixtures and casino slot bases.

​

In 2001, Eric McCauley was brought in to manage the installations as the division was growing.  Eric had formerly functioned as a lead team lead for TRICON Construction and was very experienced.

​

In 2003 it was decided that this Retail Construction division was having difficulty marketing their services under the name TC Millwork.

Rich and the owners of TC Millwork decided to split the division into its own separate company and named the new company TRICON Construction.  TRICON stands for Total Retail Installation and Construction.

For the years after the formation of TRICON Construction, we focused on Big Box, small format, and outlet stores. 

For many clients, we have completed numerous outlet store projects where we would either remodel one of their existing spaces or convert an empty space into our client’s particular format.

In 2017 Michael Gagliardi was brought in to function primarily as a Construction Project Manager.

​

In 2023, TRICON Construction began supplying and installing Millwork and serving as a key contractor on 100+ Wells Fargo bank branches in the Philadelphia area.
